I started XTERMIN to fix what I saw broken in pest control: hidden pricing, ironclad contracts, and "industry standard" customer service that didn't actually serve the customer.

The way most pest companies operate — make you call for pricing, lock you into a contract, charge extra for every little thing — it always bothered me. Not because it's unusual. Because it's unnecessary.

We do it differently. You see the price before you call. You have no long-term lock-in. If a bug comes back between your regular visits, so do we — no charge, no questions. That's not a marketing line. That's just how it should work.

We're based right here in Mesa. We know this desert, these neighborhoods, and these pests. When you call XTERMIN, you're talking to someone who cares whether you're happy — because this is our community too.

The integrity of our team is what makes me most proud. We never sell a service that isn't valuable or necessary. We never exaggerate an issue to close a sale. We've had people call certain they had bed bugs and ready to schedule — only for us to press them on it and help them realize they don't actually have bed bugs. Some think all pest control companies are pretty much the same. I used to think that before I got into this business. I quickly realized there are a lot of ways to cut corners — cheaper products, lower concentrations (watered down). We take the opposite approach. We always use what we believe is the best product for the job, even though it costs us more. The results speak for themselves - Happy Customers.
